AI Solutions

Turn AI into a working advantage—not another unfinished experiment.

GingaTech helps organizations discover, design, build, connect, secure, host, and support AI—from Microsoft Copilot and practical automations to private local models, custom agents, MCP integrations, and entirely new AI-powered platforms.

Strategy, prototypes, production systems, governance, training, and ongoing support

12.2%

of Canadian firms used AI to produce goods or deliver services in 2025—double the previous year.

35.9%

of Canadian workers used generative AI for their main job or business by March 2026.

15×

What businesses want now

Less AI theatre. More work moved forward.

The strongest opportunities start with a real bottleneck: information that is hard to find, repetitive work, disconnected systems, slow customer response, or valuable knowledge trapped in a few people’s heads.

01

Find and understand

Search policies, contracts, manuals, SharePoint, file shares, and business records using natural language—with permissions and source references.

02

Connect and act

Let approved agents create tickets, update records, draft documents, trigger workflows, and coordinate next steps across the tools you already use.

03

Build something new

Launch a secure client portal, internal assistant, quoting tool, field application, knowledge platform, or AI-native product around your exact process.

04

Adopt it safely

Set policy, permissions, human approvals, testing, monitoring, and training so AI becomes a reliable capability instead of unmanaged shadow IT.

End-to-end AI capability

Whatever your starting point, we can help you move from idea to operation.

01

AI strategy & opportunity mapping

We learn how work actually moves through your organization, rank use cases by value and risk, and create a practical roadmap.

02

Private & locally hosted AI

Run models and knowledge systems on infrastructure you control when privacy, residency, latency, offline access, or predictable operation matters.

03

Copilot, agents & automation

Deploy Microsoft Copilot, role-based assistants, workflow agents, and human approval paths that fit your Microsoft 365 environment.

04

MCP & business-system connections

Use Model Context Protocol and secure APIs to give AI controlled access to approved data and actions across line-of-business systems.

05

Custom AI platforms

Design and build secure web applications, portals, internal tools, mobile experiences, and AI-driven products tailored to your clients or staff.

06

Knowledge & document intelligence

Create permission-aware assistants for policies, procedures, contracts, technical documents, cases, projects, and institutional knowledge.

07

Training, policy & adoption

Train leaders, teams, champions, and administrators on practical use, prompting, verification, privacy, security, and responsible adoption.

08

Managed AI operations

Monitor integrations, access, performance, model behaviour, costs, and changes—and keep improving the system after launch.

MCP, explained simply

A secure connector layer for AI.

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI applications connect to tools and data through consistent, permissioned interfaces. Think of it like a universal adapter: the model can ask an approved system for context or request an action, while your organization defines what is available and where human approval is required.

Model Context Protocol
01

Ask

A user or workflow gives the AI a business goal.

02

Connect

MCP or an API exposes only approved tools and context.

03

Reason

The model prepares an answer, recommendation, or next action.

04

Approve & act

Rules and people control sensitive or consequential steps.

Cloud, local, or hybrid

The right AI architecture depends on the work—not the hype.

Some use cases belong in Microsoft 365 or a managed cloud AI service. Others benefit from a private model running on your own server, workstation, or data-centre infrastructure. Many organizations need both. We assess sensitivity, integrations, performance, supportability, cost, and governance before recommending a design.

  • Keep selected data and inference inside your environment
  • Connect safely to cloud services where they add value
  • Use retrieval and permissions instead of training on everything
  • Design logging, evaluation, backup, and recovery from day one

Real-world possibilities

Start with one workflow. Build a capability that compounds.

01

Construction & field service

Turn calls, emails, photos, job notes, and product data into structured intake, estimate drafts, dispatch updates, safety documentation, and closeout packages.

02

Manufacturing

Build an operations assistant for SOPs, troubleshooting, quality records, maintenance history, production questions, and shift handoffs—with clear source references.

03

Professional services

Summarize matters and projects, compare documents, prepare first drafts, search precedent and policy, capture time, and route approvals without breaking client confidentiality.

04

Sales & customer service

Give teams a trusted answer layer across product, CRM, service, and account information; draft personalized follow-up and surface the next best action.

05

Finance & administration

Extract data from documents, reconcile exceptions, explain variances, prepare management summaries, and automate recurring reporting while keeping humans accountable.

06

Municipalities & non-profits

Improve public and staff access to programs, bylaws, policies, forms, grants, meeting records, and multilingual information without replacing human service.

AI-assisted development

Yes, we can build faster. We still build responsibly.

AI-assisted development—sometimes called vibe coding—can dramatically accelerate discovery, prototypes, interfaces, documentation, and iteration. For business systems, speed must be paired with architecture, source control, security review, accessibility, testing, data protection, deployment discipline, and maintainability. We use AI to increase engineering leverage, not to skip engineering.

The common hurdles

Most AI projects fail between the demo and the daily workflow.

Unclear use case

We anchor the project to a measurable business outcome.

Data & permissions

We organize access around the people, records, and policies already in place.

Accuracy & trust

We add sources, evaluations, boundaries, and human review where it matters.

Security & privacy

We choose the right hosting, identity, retention, and integration controls.

Integration debt

We connect AI to real systems instead of creating another isolated tool.

Adoption & skills

We train people by role and improve the solution using real feedback.

A practical path

Small enough to prove. Structured enough to scale.

01

Discover

Identify high-value work, constraints, data, users, and success measures.

02

Prototype

Build a focused proof with representative data and real user feedback.

03

Secure & integrate

Add identity, permissions, systems, evaluation, approvals, and operational controls.

04

Launch & improve

Train users, monitor outcomes, support the platform, and expand what works.

Questions we hear

AI without the mystery.

Where should our business start with AI?

Start with a costly, slow, repetitive, or knowledge-heavy workflow—not with a model. We can run an opportunity session and recommend a first project that is useful, measurable, and appropriately scoped.

Can you build AI that uses our private business information?

Yes. Depending on the sensitivity and use case, we can use permission-aware retrieval, private cloud services, locally hosted models, or a hybrid design. We define access, retention, logging, and human review before production.

Can AI connect to our existing software?

Often yes. We assess the system’s API, database, export, automation, or MCP capabilities and design the narrowest safe connection. Older systems may need a custom integration layer.

What is an AI agent?

An agent is an AI-enabled workflow that can plan or perform defined steps using approved tools. Good agents have a clear job, limited permissions, observable actions, quality checks, and escalation to a person.

Do we need to replace Microsoft Copilot?

Usually not. Copilot can be one part of a broader AI strategy. We can improve its readiness and governance, build Copilot agents, connect other platforms, and design local or custom AI where that is a better fit.

Can you train our staff?

Yes. We provide role-based training for leaders, employees, technical teams, and AI champions, including practical use, prompt design, verification, privacy, security, and responsible policy.
